I would like to start out and thank Card Player lifestyle for helping us out in getting started bloging
Many of you are avid poker player and have different strategy's in playing hands.
I would like to sure with you a hand i had the other day,and let me know if i played it correctly.
We were six players at the table playing 1-2 no limit holdem, i was on the button and had 8-9 suited harts.
The guys at the table were a mix of aggressive and tight players, so i decided to play my position and raised to 12.
3 of the guys folded and i was left with two very aggressive players.
Flap comes 6h-7d-Kh, i was really happy to see that hand, as i figured at least one of the guys had a king and if i hit the flush or the strait i would get paid off .
first guy raised 16 second guy folded and i reraised to 40, at that point i was siting on 110 with 100 in the pot.
The raiser called quickly, turn comes and its the 7c.
Now the guy checked, and i had two options go all in or hope to hit the flush.
I went all in, the guy instacalls and i new i was beat but thought i had outs.
He turns over pocket 6's and has a full house.
Now you tell me could i have played it better.
